No, I wouldn't really quallify as a bodybuilder, I almost never go to a gym anyway.

I'm wondering why you are posting here. If you've got nothing to say, kindly don't say it. You are not the cop in this thread.

My first post was merely an answer to the title, though it was not full.Originally Posted by Beirut

In my second post, I was wondering why a peson would post an answer "No, I wouldn't really quallify as a bodybuilder" when the author wanted bodybuilders to answer, and not to get answers as that.
My third post here is just a pointlees off-topic answer to your question.![]()
Why don't you train at home?Originally Posted by ian_of_smeg16

I'm amazed I still have vertebrae after ten years of this.
Pitbull, do you wear a belt when you lift? I've heard people who wear them end up with weaker backs? (Also, I spoke to your parents and they said you're only nine years-old. When you hit puberty you're going to need your own ozone layer.)

I was quite into it when i was your age around 16-18 but i had a bit of an accident when weight lifting and had abit of a weird blackout which quite honestly scared me a hell of a lot.
I'm still big but i've toned up more with more cardio and with quicker and lighter reps than slower, heavier ones.
Also watch your back man, i remember sometimes coming up to fast with a squat or coming off the bench doing some weight exercises and damaging my back quite badly and nothing hurts more than a bad back imo.

are you dong light or heavy and are you trying to tone or build muscle or both
if trying to tone sets of 12 at 50% is good
if both sets of 8 at 60-70%
if muscle sets of 4 or 6 at 75-90%
Note: This isn't a set thing its just the way I approach it
Good Luck![]()

Have a look at my "Getting fit with SwordsMaster" thread. You might find some useful stuff there.
