Thread: Why does this happen?

    Default Why does this happen?

    Every time i try to add this unit, it only renders half the shield. Can someone please explain how i can fix this please?

    First off...what exactly have you done to modify the unit?

    Usually, when a shield is UV mapped, it is mirrored to save space. I would guess you have possibly swapped a shield over on the model, using one which doesn't match with the UV mapping.

    You will have to re-map the shield to your texture painting ... or else re-paint to match the UV mapping!

    Thanks Bwian, i figured out i had put the texture on the wrong model!!!Damn
