Note: It's a program that blocks any website!!! I had it once, dunno what I did with the CD. It came with the PC Gamer, very old issue, from 2000 or 2001.

Do you mean something like net nanny to control which websites can be accessed from your computer, or something to control access to a website you are running?

It's passwords the website.
When you go on that website, a pop up appears, and it requires you the password. If you don't know it, you don''t enter.
