Novgorod or bust.

Hi,

I would really like to enable the Novgorod faction in the early campaign. I've seen some stuff on how you do this, but I have other questions:

1. Do they get their fair share of good generals/kings?

2. When the right time rolls around, do they inherit the Russian leaders/generals?

3. What do they have for special units, if any?

Thanks mucho. Partly I want to do this to just have a different game and enjoy the history of that reason, but mostly because they have such cool shield and unit-base colors. Well, also just to do it.

find this line

SetActiveFaction:: FN_NOVGOROD FT_MINOR
change to
SetActiveFaction:: FN_NOVGOROD FT_MAJOR

If you don't want to follow the instruction in the multi campaign thread,
be patient,
in about 8 hours i will be uploading a small bundle of campaigns for mtw,
your requested Novgorod campaign will be amongst them,

i'll put both standard start date,
and the 16AD start date variants up for you.

Thank you both. Especially you, Barocca. Great work. I believe I'll eschew the 16AD version, for now. Too many oddities would exist. But playing with all those factions. Oh boy, oh boy, SNAKEPIT! As my father used to say. (No, don't know why, just meant he was extremely happy.)
