The longest time-wise campaign?

I am playing Julii and I am currently at 166 BC. Anyone take their time playing and reach AD?

no I never have . was always at least doen at 200 BC if not earlier.
However somegames as the romans I had to wait a bit longer for the Marius reforms.

I went to 173 BC with Egypt, but it got boring.

I peronally only care to finish it when I've conqured every province except Rome, then I take that one. How long it takes me depends on my mood. Seeing that I modded the desc_strats file to make the game start at 3200 BC, I really don't care to get to the AD unless I want to spend 3200 years of game time! :D
