Giving a faction new units?

Hi, I have a few quite complicated questions, well at leaast i think they are.

i was wondering if someone coud tell me how i could give a unit to a faction? What i had in mind was giving Companion Cavalry to the Greeks? Could anyone give me a step by step guide or show me a link, ive looked, but did not find any that were just about adding units.


My second question is this, i want to give the greeks the carthagininan sacred band, can i do this while not taking it away from the Carthage?
Id also like to rename it Theban Sacred band, and edit the description, i know how to do this bit, but will it aso effect the name and description of Carthages sacred band, assuming they can still have it?

Any help woud be greaty appreciated.And thanks in advance!
