It's great getting to see my classmates again. The schedule is less good, but I see some lessons I could quite easily miss...

I go back to school on i think the 6th September. Yay for me! A few more weeks of lounging around on my backside, typing stupid things on Google images for fun.

I go back on Monday, which is a week earlier than usual, but I get that week distributed on the two half term hols. Thi year will much more different than all the previous ones. I will have to stay on until 16.25 and 1800 on monday. My work will be marked out of 6, rather than out of ten. And for the first time in four years I will not be in the English for native speakers class. The upshot is that I get three hours free, since I won't be joining my classmates in the "My name is ........" class. But I have to find out what the past continious and others are.

I started properly yesterday. I go to school in Utrech, could be it's different in Breukelen, I never checked. Universities do start two weeks later or so.

I'm still confused what this thread is about...

Anyway, Umeu, what country/city do you live in? My school isn't going to open until this Monday (ah...how I hate schools) and I'm in the US.

My upcoming schedule is a horror. All my normal classes are honours (err...honors) and I have like 5 language-based classes (English, French, Japanese, Chinese, Creative Writing).

I remember the first day of my kindergarten. I thought all the other kids lived at that school as one family, and I was wondering what I was doing there.

If we had beautiful girls in our school, nobody would say anything.

But we don't. We say everything!!!

Too bad the girl that I like is not from my school!

Well, first day back at school for me today. I'm still with the same bunch of people as last year, which I'm not too keen on as all my friends are in the other class and the ones in my class are generally not very well disciplined which meant that we got a lot of collective punishments last year. And apart from the French and German teacher, exactly the same teachers as last year as well. But there is a possibility that I could change classes. However, A few teachers in the other teachers are completely new, and I believe those in my class to be better. I'll sleep on it. The French teacher is a most peculiar man. He asked us to sit in alphabetical order and he was always asking everyone wether any of their family had been to school. Fortunately he is also a history teacher, so we'll get on well. Better bring my thick, leather bound book on Byzantium tomorrow and read it in class (not during class of course). Our own history teacher is our head teacher, which is also good.
