    Hello All.

I am new to TotalWar.Org and have a question for the moderator.

Does Totalwar.org regard links to other sites on the topic of MTW to be spam and there for against the rules ?

BTW I make mods, hense my posting in this forum and not the other one.

    not at all,
if you have made or found a site with usefull or interesting content by all means post a link and tell us a little about it
    :-)

    Great

Sorry for having to ask that, but I make a lot of mods and maps and the failure to check that in the past has lead to me being... how shall i say this...
suckered in by less community friendly sites.

They broke more bridges for me than I managed to build.

So I am a lot more careful these days.

Anyway your answer means I can join your community and contribute to it.

So thanks for being friendly community minded. Not all sites are.

I have one file for your download page already and some editing info to post in here that I will write up properly as a tutorial when i have finished gathering information on this subject.

My last email to the Totalwar.org email addy bounced. Not sure if your accepting files but if you are heres a link to my first mod which may if you wish host/link back to/post on TW.org site.

This is the details page. If you want the file you can cut and paste the file description if need be. Might be easier for you.

Version 2 is already in the works, Im trying to figure out how to make a completely new campaign map to put in on in later versions. The TGA the devlopers used is 36 meg though so im looking at reducing that a bit too.

Ignore the Hitech campaign, it was an early compitibility test to see if custom campaigns would even work on other machines. I will be removing it soon.

I also write a lot of tutorials which I usually share with friendly sites.

So if you have a working email addy I can contact when need be then I will be sure to use it.

    Thanks again.

Does hotmail strip files from emails ?
Im sure they have a limit or sometime.

Still its easy to provide links via email when needed.
