    Given how much they've managed to improve all of the factions we've seen so far, I'm sure that EB can make even the Romans to be somewhat interesting

    RTW, 167 BC: Rome expels Greek philosophers after the Lex Fannia law is passed. This bans the effete and nasty Greek practice of 'philosophy' in favour of more manly, properly Roman pursuits that don't involve quite so much thinking.

    nice preview

    just 2 Q: the catapracts are carying a Mace (discription) but at in the pic, it looks like they're holding a longsword

    and in the action shots..against who are they fighting, seleucids?

    Arche Seleukeia on the 1, and Baktria on 2 and 3.

    EDIT: actually it is Baktria on 1 and 3 and Seleukeia on the 2.

    They have both, visually speaking. The sword is just decoration, though, since we're limited to two weapons. The secondary weapon they use will be a mace.
