    You do have a point about the vBulletin FAQ, which is given some prominence but is largely still the default FAQ that comes with vBulletin. There is a concern that newer members (and some older members for that matter) are unaware of the informational threads contained in the Entrance Hall, as these days many Members skip right on past the forum.

    I guess one solution would be to add a link to the Guild FAQ (the accurate one) next to the vBulletin FAQ on the Nav Bar. Not replace it though: the vBulletin FAQ still has some info I've yet to include in the Guild FAQ. Although maybe I should work on that...

    As for modding tutorials, you should be able to post threads in the Scriptorium (the RTW modding guides and tutorials forum), although not in its two subforums. If your tutorial relates to Campaigns & Maps or Buildings & Units, you could post in the Scriptorium proper and ask the forum staff to move it to the appropriate forum for you.
