When will the open beta NOT be done?

We had hoped to release the open beta in August . . .

I think we had hoped to release it in May. Or maybe it was June when we first hoped to release it. Although "we" isn't appropriate there, since I only joined the team two weeks ago.

3 weeks? That means 3 preview or more, will you run out of factions?

We might have to be creative if we want to keep up the previews. Like maybe we could revisit factions we've already done.

I thought we had an equivalent amount of time remaining when I posted the message, way back when, that we were shooting for a May release of the open beta. So take that for what it is worth.

If what we are currently testing works, I can say with confidence that we do NOT have another four months to wait, not even close. If what we are currently testing does not work, I cannot say that, because I don't know what our solution will look like...back to the drawing board, if it were, and no one will be happy, mostly the dev team.

I'm only proud to be helping with this part of the game. To me it already looks incredible, and it still has room to grow...(big_jonh and jerby idea for example...and others...). I if you've always wanted a more RPG like approach to your generals I have a feelling that you might be pleased with the results.
