    Default Europa Barbarorum knowledge

EB looks like an excellent mod, easily one of the best when it comes to the sheer scale and quality of the work. However, what I often find most fascinating are the descriptions of factions, the various historical facts about unit types, in general the vast amount of work that has obviously been put into historical research. Obviously a lot of this will be in the game, but will there also be some kind of document or program included in the final download with a compilation of as much information as possible, including stuff that won't actually be in the mod? Or perhaps some kind of webpage containing this kind of information? There are a lot of interesting things I've learned whilst reading the EB fora, and I'm sure team members have a lot of interesting facts to share.

Keep in mind, though, that the vast majority of why EB will be so special comes from the brains of the people who do our historical research. Much of our information is found in paper form, and much of that is in original, period languages. So I am afraid there will be nothing that could be considered even a good portion of "EB knowledge" revealed, if you will.

However, having said that, our related documents should be sufficiently weighty to please most people.

Cheers, I'm looking forward to plowing through the available information. And the mod itself, of course!

Don't worry, Geoffrey. No scholar was harmed -nor trepanated- in the making of this mod.
