    Welcome to the forums.

    The culture of a faction is hard-coded and cannot be changed.

    The only way you can simulate a culture change is by swapping across all the cultural specific images and data file entries.

    Cool modders make their mods with the :mod command line switch

    I simply want to copy/paste the greek city settings into the briton faction

    What are the text files I have to edit?

    You won't find a Briton faction for the settlement images, you'll find a barbarian folder - and the barbarian culture also has the hardcoded warcry.
