How to edit a family tree

I'm creating a new faction. (I'll delete another to cope with number of faction limit)

How di I have to edit the family tree in order to have a ruler, his brother, his wife and 2 kids and let the game decide other members while playing.

I want the names to be greek.

You need to have a father in the tree in order to have two brothers. So you would need something like this (sorry the names aren't Greek ):

relative Gaius Julius, Cornelia, Marcus Julius, Tiberius Julius ; (dad, wife, bro1, bro2)
relative Marcus Julius, Horentia, Julia, Sextus Julius ; (bro1, wife, kid1, kid2)
relative Tiberius Julius, Fadia ; (bro2, wife)

Now you can make Cornelia dead to begin with on her character line like this:

character_record Cornelia, female, command 0, influence 0, management 0, subterfuge 0, age 62, dead, never_a_leader

But the only way I've been able to find to kill dad (Gaius Julius) is to run a scipt at the start of the campaign and use the kill_character command.

Thank you very much, I know now why I got CTD. I'll have to add new names in the good places... or stick to names as they are
