Get a drink, go the toilet or draw pictures of starships (not sure why).

Walk around. Play house football/golf/basketball. Or perhaps get some food.
But more often than not, I psych (sp?) myself up with a big warcry!!!

I usually get something to drink or use the bathroom. I may flip on the tv sometimes.
