    Gawain, try deleting your cookies and temp internet files. Tools, Internet options, General, in the middle you'll see a delete cookies button and a delete files button. Then close your browser, and just to be on the safe side, reboot. When you get back on, you'll probably have to log back into the forums again; since deleting the cookie deletes your auto-logon.
