Not really my cup of tea. My favorite video is the "Sabotage" video. But hey, I'm a hippie.
I've seen that before. NIN is well blah, always has been.

Wait, that was a music video? I would have sworn it was a Powerbook ad. Or maybe an Ikea spot. A lot of focus on desk accessories. Consider me sold!
hmmm. I always like Trent. I did hear he was going "wus" in his old age. Seems to be true. What happened to doing things to people "like an animal"?
I did not watch it yet but David Fincher is a genius..
"Gentlemen...Welcome the Fight Club..."
*sigh* So you want him to become a caricature of himself and repeat the same crap over and over?Originally Posted by Divinus Arma

Pink Floyd would have stayed great if they had kept doing the same thing over and over- if "The Wall" had been done like "Dark Side of the Moon", it would have been the greatest album in musical history. Doing the same thing over and over isn't necessarily bad, if you get it right the first time.Originally Posted by Byzantine Prince
But NIN and floyd are both prog music, doing anything twice is not their bag baby.

Nine Inch Nails is not prog. Shame on you.
meatwad, did you mean the Beastie Boys' Sabotage video?
Mmkay, I actually watched the video and I agree with Divinus Arma. Trent is a wuss. That video, while kind of interesting, didn't exactly scream NIN and the music was pretty much devoid of any of the Industrial aggression that was such a trademark of the earlier years.
I think it's time Trent put Nine Inch Nails where they belong - a coffin.
