got a groin bruising during indoor cricket, ball hit me right in the box.... ouch.
mate of mine had his stones basically crushed by a cricket ball, smacked him at about 90 mph on the up, squashed them, not fully, but it hurt like hell from what i heard for the next 20 minutes as we took him to the doctors to get some super painkillers.

A friend was hit in the crotch playing dodgeball at school one day. The shock and force of the ball knocked him down into a sitting position, where he sat on his...genitals. I'd never seen him so angry.

Chavdar Yankow of Hannover apparently had a crotch-related injury against Frankfurt this weekend. But he glued himself together and scored a goal afterwards. Hannover 2, Frankfurt 0.

    Knee problems and wrist problems.

I fear these very very much, guess why.(friends now why )

I had a great scare when the doctor said if there's a serious problem with my knee(because I had pains), then I won't be able to play basketball again. I nearly cried when I heard that, but it turned that I had nothing.

Nothing quite like waking up on a fine sunny morn, making a lovely hot cup of coffee, kissing the wife and playing with the children, sitting down at the pc, clicking a link and watching a poor b#stard suffer through the most horrendous pain he's ever likely to experience. Argh, thats just wrong.
I'm booked in for my first therapy session this afternoon.

Off topic but I just could not ignore my dreams mentioned by another dear patron.. I'm sure there is nothing like that..

    ...

I am a soccer addict (though I hate it calling "soccer", rubbish word). Friends say I have really elastic ankles that are able to do some eye catching tricks . However, I generally have problems with ligaments on the upper front part of my legs - the left one especially. You hit it hard with some furious effort, and it's not much after you feel something "ripped off" inside. If that is my right leg, then I spend the whole match with soft left-footed passes. This injury takes a whole 2-3 weeks before recovery. Severe ones effect your balance, even while walking, giving serious pain.

And the next runner-up of the most painful injuries IMO is the one that occurs right at the back of your knees. I got that twice, after a suddent movement to stand up from kneeling position. I just threw myself away off that pain out of hell.. My god, that had better not repeat.
