Yes, that's why he's group leader. Only the group members have to go through the Khelvan-based robotic approval process. Khelvan just had to send the correct encrypted hash to TosaInu, who of course is also a robot.

I'd be happy to see the finished work, too bad real life problems forced my hand and prevented further work for EB.

Still I am happy to have seen this project from its very humble beginnings.
