As RtG_WTW is doing this all by himself, I doubt he´ll want to put himself under the pressure of a deadline.

Considering you're working solo, its quite incredible. I suppose many people have already asked but: have you considered merging with Chivalry?

He used to be a team member to the chiv team but this gives him more freedom to do what he wants to do.

Very good MTW feel over it, though I wouldn't personally use so many cornered kiteshields (most were still oval).

I really like the look of the Militia Sergeants... Man, it brings back memories. Now that BI has made some changes to the AI and the engine I think this mod would work wonders to all MTW yearners.
