Ok here's a run down off all the flag files that i know off, but i'm missing one cause the castles still have the original flags.

As far as i know there is noway to change the colors of the fraction.
but there has to be away to change the flag that fly over the castles, does anyone know where the files are for that?

Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
