Anyway , so many people have made the mistake of moving back home in the past decade can anywhere in Britain be described as such ?

then again it is Merseyside, they are probably in the water.
At least you don't have announcements on the radio nonstop for months/years on end telling you not to drink the wonderful liquid that comes out of your taps .
Maybe that is a bad thing , think of the money you are saving

Especially when they tell you to not even use it for a bath

I thought it is only Liverpool, because of the large Irish population and the Catholic catheral (know as Paddy's Wigwam).
