Default Roman village found with Google Earth

Unsure where to post this, but Frontroom seemed most likely:

Some Italian programmer used Google Earth to see his own hometown and ended up finding a Roman village.

    Wow. Far out.

Google Earth isn't just the (suprisingly entertaining) waste of time that I thought it was.

    Wow.

Impressive. I now realize that Google Earth is not a waste of time. Who knows, I also might find some Dacian settlements.
Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.

    Been to:

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.

A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
