Change menu structure (Jerome is God!)

From a PM conversation I was having with Jerome:

Well, in data/menu there is a file called rome.lnt, which is really just a text file in disguise. It looks a bit like xml... this file control everything from graphics to positions of the buttons, to what is on each menu page and even how many menu pages there are and how they link to eachother. Lots of interesting things there which can be 'tweaked' - for example a mod which takes you directly to the campaign configuration screen should be quite easy, and just adds a link to the options screen at the bottom.

Edit: I probably should have tested that this file works before posting this, but I'm short on time today, so someone else will have to do it. I hope this isn't an inactive file.
