I was aware of this file already, but never saw the need to edit it. Maybe someone can prove me wrong but right now I have enough work already without trying to move interface/menu buttons around :)

It can be a bit complex at first, but it does work - I've used it as part of ME:TW for ages. One example of a potentially useful thing you can do with it is to 'disable' the ability to select certain factions in custom battles. I say 'disable' because I haven't actually found that you can truly do this, but by making the buttons for the factions you don't want to show up be of size 0x0, you get that effect![]()
Knew it too for ages. I plan to use it to disable honour/weapon/armour upgrades for MP games. And you can also add images to the background so that each submenu has a different background, which means that you can make some very neat interfaces if the background "interacts" with the background behind it.
Could somebody give a short tutorial/walkthrough about this subject?
I'd like to change, at least, two aspects:
- Eliminate buttons for non-used factions in custom battles (MP also?).
- Include descriptions for provincial campaigns (is it possible?).
I've been regarding the file but it is a little...![]()
