Of course they have hidden forums. Just look at EB.

I was a member of the EB team. There is a hidden forum with several subfora. Works great in terms of organizing things. Also, I was a co-founder and member of a Pirates of the Caribbean modding team. We had a hidden place to work. I'm a member of the LIB. We have hidden boards at the forum...

No need for screenshots (although I do understand that it's humour.
