Actually, we could add several factions with units that are either of similar models to other units, or factions in the same culture (another Hellene, or Gauls).

I would add...maybe, I don't know, these maybe (I am biased toward new Celtic factions, I think is obvious);

My preferences;
Pergamon and Arverni (definitely, wouldn't require any new models, and the Arverni would help Gaul act far more historically, and Pergamon would be a good counterweight to Pontos, fighting in Asia minor)
Aquitanni or Belgae (probably Belgae; niether of these would really need new models either, and would just serve to make Gaul a bit more intense; the Aquitanni could be fun though too, both would probably have two provinces at the outset)
Brigantes and Dumnones, or another Germanic faction or two (a bit torn; I'd like some solid resistance in Britain, and the Brigantes and Dumnones were the only other two that were really attempting expansion on any great scale, but would also like to see Germans have a bit to argue about)
An additional Iberian faction; either Cantabrians or Galaecians (Galaecians wouldn't really need any new models, Galaecians maybe?), or split Celtiberia and the Lusitania, and just start them allied, or do all of that; a good divided Iberia with plenty of vying for power

Some 'also rans' of sorts, that could be fun;
Armoricans (small region of Gaul, but could be a fun confederacy to play with; no need for new models, either)
Skythia or Bosphoros (just to mess with Sarmatians, and Dacians too in case of Skythia)
Nabataens or Sabaens (something cool in Arabia, but would need new models probably)
Galatia or Tylis (no need for new models, but this would be very secondary; could be fun though)
Goidils (Hibernians, you genius; comparatively united in this period, due to the common need to surpress natives and defeat British invaders, but didn't really expand; unique army though of native 'auxilia', and unique Goidilic infantry and light cavalry, and chariots, and traded very widely {Carthage gave one of the early kings a baboon, it seems}; would probably need a few new models to really flesh out, but, then again, Goidils wore long shirts and fought bare-legged; yeah, no one else dressed that way; sarcasm is fun!)
Lugiae (similarly didn't expand, really, but eastern Celts can be fun)
Scordisci (allies of the Macedonians, fairly cosmopolitan Celtic people, not really need many new models, but had stuff like curved, sabre-like swords that would look neat)
Any mileu of Hellenic city-states and alliances (no real need for new models, and could make combat in Greece very hectic)
Various Italics (same purpose really; give potential invaders, and the Romans, a bit more to play with in Italy)
Epirus (for obvious reasons, I hope)

Ooh, that does sound neat. I hope people pick up on EB+ mods. There's so much to do.

hmmmm perhaps if Ranika wishes he could add those factions we can rule them out for the remaining occultus'?

with all EB's rebel units there would be tons of scope for new factions, in the very least they could make loads of city state factions in all of the provinces that start out rebel, and give them all the units the rebels in that province would have had anyway. This could allow independent city states to fight small scale wars with each other, much more realistic.
