Undoubtably Egypt.
Fastest backstabber: Seleucid; during autoturn they offer an alliance and pay 10k + maps and then attack, next autoturn same thing happened. He he, I gained 20 k on AI stupidity in two turns.
Most loyal ally: Sarmatians closely followed by Numidia.
Never trust the Gaul!!!

"You have the insanity... of a manatee."
Parthia were loyal to me for a long time in a campaign.
But in another were always breaking alliances...
Depends on the campaign, I think. Or depends on the factions priorities...
Every single faction, simple as that Ai loves backstabbing or just causing ceasefires and attacking again the same turn, same with protectorites. It doesnt matter which faction the Ai is all the same.
Spain always hold alliances. Never once attacked Corduba in my Carthiginian campaign..
Parthia (against Scythia). Gave map information and trade rights during their turn, and then attacked right after that. Seriously. No delay whatsoever; the diplomat window closes and then one of their armies starts sieging one of my towns.
Then I demonstrated to Parthia that two general's units > six units of horse archers.
Egypt, always brake the alliance at the wort possible time.

Just something that happened in my Greek game. They absolutely refused to trade with me. Or form an Alliance. Or exchange Map. Then they kicked me off Pergamunum and Halicarnnass. Blockaded my ports. Allied with Macedon and the Romans.Originally Posted by kekvitirae
Their mission in life seems to be the extermination of my faction. And I never even bothered them really.
