    Is it possible to modify which provinces have which bonuses for troop production?

    For instance, can I make Saxony NOT get a bonus for Gothic Knights, and Lotharingia get a bonus for pikemen? If so, how?

    Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
    Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
