Campaigne Time

I had this neat little tool before. It allowed me to freeze the campainge time while in battle.

What it did was edit my save game file. I like battles in this game and am frustrated when having to rush battles because of the timer. Rushing can lead to silly mistakes, and i sometimes lose more units than i need to :P

Anyone know where i can find it?
