Default Modding Generals, do not do it

A few days ago I decided to make my Romans good perfect, honest paragons of virtue (I know unrealistic, but I wanted to play with the ideal Romans, and be able to just leave Generals in any city for a great governor), and so made the different characteristic Exclude Civilization Romans, and I even removed Romans from the Exclude List for War Chief.

However now I can no longer start new Campaigns!

Can anyone give me advice on how to fix it, or did I totally wreck up the game?

Make sure no Romans in descr_strat.txt have these traits which they're not allowed to have.

Ah! the Generals! they are numerous, but not good for much (especially if they're Languorous)!
