I was just playing my Brutii campaign, when i got a chance to adopt a son. Look at his unit card.

Lol it looks fun, but how the hell did that happen?![]()

I'd rather be the leader of a small Gallic village than be the second man of Rome - Julius Caesar.
Quintili Vare, legiones redde - Caesar Augustus
Can admirals be promoted into the family? I think I've seen that happen before, but they have always sold the ship beforehand!
What happens to him in combat? Does he have the regular bodyguard, or does it crash?
When i returned to the game his unit card was blank. I checked back on him 2 minutes later, and his unit card had changed into the Thracian mercs unit card picture. Utterly bizzare. I'll check back on him later tonight. I think he's somewhere in Thrace currently.
One of my generals in a recent game of mine had a distorted unit card. Sometimes it would be the card of the last unit selected, sometimes several cards squashed into one. On the battlefield the card was just a mass of pinkish distortion. Yet otherwise there was no problem. He was an ordinary, if fairly dreadful general.
It is a known bug with the unit cards, like Patricius said. There is nothing you can do about it
