    Default Problematic feature in BI

    Apparently, there's problems unlocking unplayable factions in BI. I think BI isn't necessary for making this mod, so if this is confirmed by more we should perhaps not wait for BI.

    On the other hand, BI seems to have better battlemap AI, M:TW loyalty and improved rebels, and fixed save-load bug.
