    Default City management in BI

The exploit where you could give a rebellious city away has been fixed, apparently. I conquered Hatra as the ERE, then destroyed the Zorastra temple. Loyalty disappeared, pretty much as I expected, so I offered it back to the Sassinids.

They wouldn't take it. Uh-oh. So I deleted all the military buildings. Sure enough, they rebelled, but the rebels weren't Sassinids. They were ERE rebels.

Peasants are dirt cheap for upkeep. I'll double-check the figures tomorrow before posting, though.

Well what I have read, it seems that the Sassanids refuse to deal with the ERE to begin with so no wonder they didn't accept your offer.

Actually you can get map from them if you offer it too in the first dealing.
You may not care about war, but war cares about you!
