Just began a new game, got Londinum, pressed next turn and BAM!
The really bad news is that when I start any new campaign with any faction it crashes after the first turn. :(

well did you remember to install over RTW 1.0, and not over any mod or other patch?

I've just finished a Saxon campaign and didn't have that problem with the Romano-Britosh. They emerged and besieged Londinium on the same turn, and I defeated them on the following turn. Got the "faction destroyed" message and everything went fine.
