    Default Unit card white backgrounds

    Hi
I'm saving the TGA's as BMPS using ACDSee, then editing them in Paint before saving them as TGA's again using ACDSee, and everytime I always get white backgrounds with no unit numbers. Anyway I can fix this? Thanks in advance.

You finally moved on to R:TW, BKB?

That is because unitcards use alpha layers (a mask that hides something, in this case the white). Alpha layers are used quite a lot in R:TW (instead of using a green background as in M:TW). I always check for alpha layers, but you can usually recognize them by the #, ##, #& at the front of the filename.

    Cheers,
    DJ

Cheers DJ. I've been modding Rome on a small scale since it first came out, so I wouldn't say moved on. I've always had that unit card problem and only now remembered to ask about it!
