What has happened?

Well i have recently received my copy of BI and after installing it i tried to unlock all the factions for RTW 1.3

Well after doing this it didnt work and my RTW doesnt start up ( BI still worked). So i reinstall RTW and repair BI but now my unchanged 1.3 doenst start up?
This has really frustrated me, because 1.3 was my main incentive for buying BI.

Also what has happened with the dust cloud effects with walking troops and onagers etc.

ok cool another question, can i still use my old skins i downloaded for 1.2 with 1.3
