I've got a modding problem for you guys . I haven't made it solving it after one week of experiments and attempts to clean this bug from my mod.
IN MY Modded game (A mod for RTR 6.0) the game always CrashesToDesktop after 2 turns played in the play-time of rebels (at the end of their playtime). What are possiblie causes for game crashing when rebels play:
checked descr_rebel_factions, text\rebels... and rebel_faction_enums. And I have a real big map , with many new regions added (but no new rebel factions).

What are the possible causes, What can I do to get past this? Write as much as you know about this problems... If I can't get past this I'll give up modding and RTW...

Hello,

You do not really need to make new rebel Factions, even if you have new regions, you can use the pre-existing ones...

Now, there could be noumerous things that cause you to CDT.

But from the Info you have shared here, the one thing that comes to mind is..

descr_strat.txt

have you assigned the new regions to the Rebel Faction?

Look for

faction slave,

And make sure any new regions that you have not given to the other factions are under that.

Thanks a lot! You made me give a one last try and check descr_strat for this kind of mistakes. If don't fix it i will upload my maps (because this seems to be my best work: added scandinavia, and navigable rivers) cause other modders might find them useful.
