BI: Unpaking files

Hello, I've been trying to unpak the pak files of RTW 1.3 (BI) using vercingetorix's tool but when I rename the pak files the game CTDs. Has anyone else come across this at all?

If it's anything like the old situation, with the PAK extractor batch file, the old patch 1.2 file wasn't included.

My guess would be that there are additional PAK files put in place by BI / RTW 1.3 that also need to be added.

Open up the extractor batch file in Notepad ( or similar ) and compare it to the PAK files you have listed in the PACK folder. Also check in case the BI/Data folder holds some more PACK stuff too.

Haven't tried it...but I am guessing this is the problem

i was able to unpak them... there is a pause after it creates the directories, it almost looks like the program quite going..... if you wait minute it'll go.

It works fine for BI campaigns but when i start a new campaign as Julii in RTW 1.3 it CTDs. I'm not sure if it's important but it may cause problems later.
