Open Rome - Total War\bi\data\export_descr_unit.txt in Notepad. Press Ctrl-H. Replace all instances ofwithCode:stat_cost 1, then repeat forCode:stat_cost 0. Make sure you get the spacing right―there are exactly eight spaces. (Assuming BI doesn't use different conventions.) This will work with previously saved games.Code:stat_cost 2
And make sure you back up your files!
something you might want to know is that if you set the build to 0 it won't work, so just put in 1 I think that the minimum you can put. I tried it before so I know :)

...and Take it apart comparing the Modded Files with the Vanilla ones?
It is one of the ways to learn when answers dont fall from the Authors![]()
Besides, the authors are prolly busy making another mod :)
