    Default to add new provinces

    When I add in bi provinces in the Italian peninsula there are no problems, when I try to add provinces in the Iberian peninsula it doesn't work. Why? what do I have to add? hi and thanks

    I know it seems obvious, but just check you didn't make a mistake. I can't see any other reason..

    You might want to elaborate on how it does not work. I'm assuming a CTD - is there any error message? You are using -show_err in the command line, right?
