1.3 How to not FOLLOW_AI_FACTIONS

I started a Julli campaign and forgot to turn off FOLLOW_AI_FACTIONS. I am liking my campaign as the Senate has asked me to take Caralis so I would rather not restart.

I don't like seeing where the AI is setting ambushes so I want to turn it off.

Does anyone know how to turn off CAMPAIGN_MAP_CAMERA:FOLLOW_AI_FACTIONS
without starting over?

It might be under options when you're on the campaign map - hit escape, click options, then there's a combo box if I'm not mistaken
