I'm 6 ft tall and I weigh 151 lbs. I lost 7 lbs from last month. I no longer see my love handles when I stand up unless I sit down.
Eating less dinner and doing more exercise helps a lot. I eat breakfast and lunch. I think it's because my body burns more fat while I eat less. I go to bed a few hours after I eat dinner which is why I eat less dinner. If you want to lose weight then you should try this too.
