I lost seven pounds.
I'm 6 ft tall and I weigh 151 lbs. I lost 7 lbs from last month. I no longer see my love handles when I stand up unless I sit down.
Eating less dinner and doing more exercise helps a lot. I eat breakfast and lunch. I think it's because my body burns more fat while I eat less. I go to bed a few hours after I eat dinner which is why I eat less dinner. If you want to lose weight then you should try this too.

I'm 6ft and 210 pounds. Upgraded my diet a few weeks ago. Been on an exercise routine for a week and have lost 4 pounds in weight... this includes a weekend of food with the in laws (celebrating my Birthday) and my birthday yesterday.
I'm eating more food, water and getting more sleep when possible (aside from getting up in the middle of the night for nappies).
My aim is to drop about 5.5 kgs (12 pounds in body fat), and that would drop me from 20% to 15% body fat if I don't replace the lost weight with muscle.
Our genes maybe in the basement but it does not stop us chosing our point of view from the top.

when ill start wrestling im going to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks i do it every season im 135 right now and 120 will be easy to get to for me i done it last couple seasons but then i would be like 105 or 115

I can't see mine when I'm standing and stretching but I can when I sit. When I sit, the folds are big enough for me to pinch.
Congratulations to the others who lost weight. I could've lost more than seven if I didn't eat too much dinner yesterday and the day before that.

I'm 58kg and about 1.70m.
I had 56kg....Damn...I got 2kg!!!
I need to do some more basketball....I slacked off training sessions....

I am 5'7 and 140 lbs. I'm 14, so it's 99% muscle.
I don't have to worry about fat for a few years...
Either way, congrats, seven lbs is quite an accomplishment...

Im 5'10 207 Which is intresting becuase 2 years ago I was 5'6 167. Ive put on about 40 lbs of muscle and I feel better. Although I dont have love handels better abs would be nice

I'm 5' 11" and just under 14 stone, which must be about 190 lbs. I lost about half a stone before my holidays in May, but it came straight back on during the summer. I have lost a pound or two since the end of summer holidays, though...
Some of the 14 stone is muscle, since there are a few in my year of about similar height, an weight less than I and are about thrice the size of me. And my leg muscles are nice and solid, as are my upper-arm muscles and right lower-arm...

I'm around 5'8" and 145 lbs. Thin, and I don't eat much lately, due to my irregular hours.
