Someone mentioned u can make "emerging factions" playable...how?

In my other thread about ur fav unit or faction someone said that they enjoy playing as the Romano-Bristish faction and to get the campaign patch to make them playable...where can I fimd this? The only patch I have makes all factions (Besides them and other emerging factions like Ostrogoths and the Rebel Roman factions, etc.) thanks

the only way i have seen so far is to re-write the files so the emerging factions are there at the startup

i'd recommend looking at the Forge, there is a mod there which allows this.

called the Romano-British mod

The Shogun over at the .com said CA hoped to release savegames some time in the near future for the Romano-British and other emerging factions.

thats a good mod actually but its the one i have. this doesnt have the emerging factions.
