I googled my problem and I found a solution:
"The other sure-fire way is to delete the IS engine components on the target machine: but that's ugly and not practicle in the field. If these machines are under your direct control, then try deleting the IS engine components that are stored locally. For you, probably: <Common Files>\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701."
