    It means you give or get x number of dinarii for x number of turns.

    Example:

    If you set the tribute to 300, and the number of turns to 5, every turn for the next 5 turns you will get 300 dinarii added to your treasury.

    In the financial tab, you can see this info under Diplomacy/Corruption.
    Still maintain that crying on the pitch should warrant a 3 match ban
