Nervousness and bad training . I wonder how the civilians feel if this is the feeling of the allies

US commanders were so worried that their men were shooting at the British because they failed to recognise the Union Jack or other distinguishing military markings that, in an unprecedented move, they asked the British Army to supply vehicles, men and flags to teach their soldiers what their allies looked like.

Does the US army really need to teach its soldiers what the Union Flag looks like?

Unfortunately not a funny one , then again its nothing new , it happens in all wars . It could be worse , I mean just look at the casualty figures from the invasion of Grenada to see a really bad example !!!!!
But you would think that as the only military forces are allied ones they wouldn't be firing at them .
What was a funny one was when troops shot at a British helicopter a while back

Since when did the "insurgents" start using military helicopters ??????
