I captured about 3 eagles with my Berber recruited general, who became man of the hour and l8er Faction leader. I have never had it happen pre-Bi ( I only played RTW fully 2 weeks before BI so i only ever played as the Romans [ i had already unlocked everyone but thought they would be a nice starting unit])
