Modding for BI (regions, start positions)

Hi all,

as many others I think that there are too few regions in BI. I love a map with much cities and so i decided to mod a little for my own fun. Perhaps someone is interested in this.

Facts:
- since now over 20 new regions
2 in Ireland
2 in England
1 in Denmark
3 in spain
1 in Gallia
4 in Italy
4 in Greece
2 on Balkan as a gift for the Goths
3 in Asia Minor (included Rhodos and Melite)
2 around the black sea
Most of them are rebels, 2 to the celts, 1 to Saxons, 2 to Roxolani

I also have changed the start position of the vandals as I think their way to spain is by far to long ;). Now this hord is starting in the sout-west of spain in order to make trouble for the western empire. I have only commented this positions in descr_strat.txt, so you can change it back.

One thing: The mod is made for the german version of BI, but I hope it works also with the english one. I will try to add some screens soon.

For tomorrow and the following days I will try to add some regions in North Africa, Germania and perhaps some in the far east of the map.
